西瓜嫁接育苗的方法及嫁接苗在生产上的应用

摘要：西瓜是一种深受人们喜爱的水果，连年种植易大面积发生枯萎病，实生苗的轮作年限要长达6～7a，这使西瓜产业的发展受到很大限制。嫁接在这种情况下就应运而生。为解决西瓜重茬问题，有效防止枯萎病发生，增强嫁接苗抗逆性和吸肥能力，有效提高西瓜产量、品质和效益。通过在西瓜嫁接上进行多次实验，研究西瓜的几种嫁接方法并，发现西瓜嫁接栽培不仅能提高产量，促进生长，且增强植株逆性环境的抗性，如高温、盐碱、低温等，已成为目前生产上防治枯萎病等土传性病害的有效措施之一。
